Spinach Dip on a Diet?
It’s made out of non fat yogurt, 1 table-spoon olive oil, 1 cup Sautéed Spinach & 6 cloves of garlic , 1/2 tsp. of Fresh squeezed lemon juice, Sea salt and Freshly Cracked Black Pepper to taste. (Taste, as you add ingredients and add more until desired taste is reached)
I make my own Greek yogurt, it’s simple
Place 2 cups of non-fat plain yogurt (Nancy’s) in a cheese cloth. Then hang the cheese cloth in a jar and let the water drip out for 4 hours or overnight (keep it refrigerated) , there you have it, Greek Yogurt! See picture attached for demonstration.
